Ann Bellamy has been a buy and hold investor since 1997 and a private lender since 2006. She has been in a leadership role in the NH Real Estate Investors Assn, the Boston Area REIA and Black Diamond. She has dabbled in spec housing, tax liens and out-of-state rentals as well, resulting in a multi-faceted perspective.
